Orange door wants more!

These homeowners wanted to eliminate the lawn in the front yard traffic circle to avoid the need to mow. I designed a deer-resistant, seasonal palette of wildflowers, grasses, and sedges to take its place. The resulting dynamic tapestry elevates the texture and wildlife value of this space as well as fosters conversations with neighbors passing by. In summer, I love the combination of orange milkweed flowers and the fun front door!
